Parcel Shipping

Attic Black will package items, once the item is packed, they will receive a shipping label and live tracking will then be available to you through the parcel delivery service.

Includes:

The option of full insurance (for small items)
Full insurance (for larger items)
Electronic tracking with ACS, DHL, or ELTA (depending on destination country)

Shipping Time Estimates:

Domestic: 1–5 Days
International: 1-2 Weeks (standard), 1-3 Days (express)

Please note that handling, which includes preparing an item for shipment, packaging, and disassembly, may take up to 5–6 days. This is not included in the shipping time estimates above.

For items that are made to order, or purchased when out of stock, production time must be added to shipment, packaging, and disassembly time, with an estimated additional 15 days, after purchase. In these cases, the buyer will be contacted and notified of the expected time frame.

Customs Duties and Taxes for EU & International Shipments

Shipping within the European Union

All items shipped within the European Union are subject to VAT. Prices shown include Greek VAT rates. Shipping charges are also subject to VAT, and all shipping rates include Greek VAT. If you wish to receive a Sales Invoice, please contact us by email before shipping, providing your Company details and VAT number as listed in the VIES EU platform. In this case, VAT will be refunded once the invoice is issued to your company.

International Shipping (outside the European Union)

When browsing from countries outside the EU, or when your mobile service provider routes your connection through a non-EU network, the 24% VAT does not appear. At check-out, if the shipping destination is outside the EU, any VAT displayed during browsing will be automatically deducted from the item cost, though VAT remains included in the shipping rates.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities upon import and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

As of 2025, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) and U.S. authorities have introduced a baseline tariff regime under which EU-origin goods imported into the U.S. generally face a minimum tariff of 15%. This policy replaces the former “de minimis” exemptions: as of late 2025, all shipments—regardless of value—require full customs clearance and may incur tariffs and handling fees.

Before completing an international purchase, you will be reminded that all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your parcel is subject to customs duties or import taxes, the shipping provider will contact you to arrange payment, which must be settled before delivery can be scheduled. They may also request personal details such as your EIN, IRN, or SSN for customs processing. Please note that customs-related delays are common and beyond our control.
